Pavlo Kyryliuk, was born in Ukraine and started playing violin when he was 4. He studied violin, piano, conducting and music theory at Kyiv Lysenko State Music Lyceum , which is known for its musicians in orchestras worldwide. A former student of Tetiana Snizhna and Rivnyak Yaroslava Hryhorivna, Pavlo moved to Chicago and now studies with Almita Vamos.
Currently a student at the Roosevelt University CCPA (Chicago College of Performing Arts). Overall GPA: 3.92.
A winner of many competitions, including “The Voice of the Country” in the conducting and music theory categories, the “Lviv Virtuosi” competition, and the International Leonid Kogan Competition, Pavlo was accepted for Civic Orchestra of Chicago as a Regular Member for the 2025/26 season.

Pavlo has participated in masterclasses with Midori Goto, Benny Kim, Rachel Barton Pine and Bin Huang.
A graduate of the Music Institute of Chicago Academy, Pavlo has participated in Chautauqua Institution’s School of Music for the last four seasons. He has extensive experience performing solo and in chamber groups.
